Why I can't login to my Edward Jones account recently

I've had multiple similar Safari issues with my brokerage account, not Edward Jones. So, after Safari crashed while I was setting up a trade this morning, I logged into my account using Chrome and experienced no issues and made my trade uneventfully. As of this morning, after one problem too many with Safari, it's no longer my default browser. Problem solved.

Safari is supposed to work for me, not the other way around.

What is an "Edward Jones" account? Is it a store? If so, see if they have a help desk. Also, try another browser.
