AirPods Pro microphone crackles and loud static

My recently swapped out airpod pros emit loud consistent static when in a meeting using Teams on Windows every single time. Using teams on my phone with these airpods works fine. I dont hear the static but whomever is in the meeting hears it loud and clear. I have the latest ios and windows updates. Paired and unpaired to my windows pc several times. Ongoing now for several weeks. Even had these airpod pros replaced by apple this past week. Still the same issue. Any help is much appreciated.
