my phone is disabled/locked

I have changed my password and account credit card. Still won't unlock. I was hacked and there were multiple charges, I waited a month changed everything and still can't get on. I need to update a few things and it won't allow me to do anything. Says account has been disabled in App Store and apple

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.

You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. That’s why for Financial Assistance, you need to contact Apple Support. They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)



Modify your Credentials:

Having so much suspicion, consider modifying your credentials, ASAP, starting with a new password.
