You can plug the charging cable into a computer with a USB C input. You can use a previous Apple Watch Charger if you had one before you got the new watch. You can use a USB C Charging plug and if you don't one, you go buy one. To take advantage of Fast Charging, you'll want to buy a 20w USB C charging plug from either Apple, Best Buy or Amazon for example.
I like the Anker Nano 20w USB C charging plug which you can get at a Best Buy Store for about $16.
