Homepage app deletion
how do I delete an app from my homepage? It isn’t coming up with a delete token when try to delete it in the traditional way. It was a webpage that was saved onto my home screen but I cannot get rid of it now.

You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW
