iTunes

Whenever I try to update a app it tells me to put in my iTunes log in, and it always comes up with a extremely old email I had on my first phone that I could not possibly remember the password, I’ve looked up everywhere how to change my iTunes log in but nothing works, I’ve made a whole new iCloud but it still asks for the password of that old iTunes account there’s important things I need to update if anyone can please help.

It sounds like the app was downloaded under a different Apple account. You either need to log in with the old account, make sure you are using updated information for your account, or you need to delete the app and download it again with your current account.
