You need to contact Apple Support Directly. This is a User-to-User forum. We are all volunteers. So, as you may suspect, no one here has access to that information — and that is a good thing, BTW. I’m on my own account with someone else that’s a **** of the counter and he has his credit cards on there I do the upgrade I only want my credit yard used for the update on my upgrade for my iCloud that’s it I don’t want been on the phone he does that that’s how I Pam
