Salesman gave me cover for iPhone 12pro max other than 13 pro max

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max for gift and it’s cover, salesperson gave me cover for iPhone 12 Pro Max . I opened it and then find out.

I need to return it .

From an Apple Store you have 14 days to return the goods.
