How do I teach my Apple Pencil new words?

I love the note taking function but it wont allow me to write company acronyms, technical words or place names as it wont recognise them which renders it useless. Even when I write in clear capitals it still autocorrects to something it recognises. It's unusable as it is. How do I add words to its dictionary? thankyou
