Is Direct Transfer from iphone 7 to new iphone 11 working or is it hung up?

Allow about an hour to see progress. If after an hour you feel that there is no progress, then try again. If the process still fails then you can tap Other Options to transfer apps, data, and settings from your most recent iCloud backup or transfer from a backup on your computer.

Direct transfer of data from iphone 7 to iphone 11 is taking a long time. 11 has said "Preparing to transfer..." for 10 minutes or more. Is this process working?
