Screen Sharing
Is screen sharing compatible across all iPhones while using Facetime? I tried testing it out with a coworker and the button is greyed out on my screen.

If your coworker doesn’t have iOS 15.1, it won’t work. Make sure they are updated to the latest version.
If that doesn't fix the problem, go to Settings -> FaceTime -> SharePlay and make sure it's turned on. Have your coworker do the same thing.
