Apple Music and IPods

I currently have an iPhone with Apple Music but am I able to add any of those songs to an older 4th Generation iPod shuffle through iTunes on a PC?

An iPod shuffle can't play songs gotten from an Apple Music subscription or ones in unusual formats.
