How to do activation lock when you dont know apple id and password

You cannot, obviously. It would be a useless feature if it could be bypassed.

If the device is yours and you have documentation to prove that, Apple may help -> https://al-support.apple.com/#/additional-support But otherwise, you must have the AppleID and password used in order to disable activation lock.
