This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store

Trying to use the App Store for the first time gives me this message:

This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store

The message popup gives me two options Cancel or Review, clicking on the review button redirects my request to the credentials popup again. If I prompt my credentials again, the message popup appears again. It's an infinite loop. I went to the appleid webpage and added all my personal details there, it keeps happening.

I saw discussions about the same bug here but none could help me. Opening a new one, hopefully, someone may help me.
