Hello Handam.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you'd like to edit some data that is in the Health app. If so, allow us to assist. On your iPhone, open the Health app, tap on Browse > Vitals > Blood Glucose. From here, scroll down to the very bottom of the screen and tap on "Show All Data". There is an edit button on the top right corner of the screen that allows you to make edits if data is present. You can also manually add data by selecting "Add Data" in the main page for Vitals > Blood Glucose.

Just in case, we do have two helpful resources below:

View your data in Health on iPhone - Apple Support

Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch - Apple Support

We hope this information is helpful. Cheers.
