iTunes 12.8.1 incompatibility with macOS Monterey 12.0.1

I tried install iTunes at macOS Monterey 12.0.1 with installation iTunes12.8.3 and with iTunes12.8.1 and have the same error. "For this update requires version macOS 10.10.5 or better". How can update the itunes with better version?

Can't install latest iTunes 12.8 All the help forums for my specific issues (long story) say to install the latest iTunes. My iTunes says that I have version 1.2.5.7 which is really confusing. Because the copyright on it dates 2019-2022. But the most up-to-date version of iTunes is 12.8. I tried to download and install iTunes 12.8 using this link: Download iTunes 12.8.3 for Mac And it won't let me install it because my version of macOS is too recent. That's right. It won't install unless the macOS version is 10.11.4.
