This is more of a general question about the given model. I have a bit of cosmetic damage (scratches etc.) on my bottom case and I was just wondering what would be the general quoted price to do this (at Apple)?

The bottom case is the flat bottom panel...
Maybe you are speaking about the upper case—which often includes keyboard, battery.
