Is it possible to receive Tax Free for buying a product online?
If your billing address is in a tax free state, yes. If not, sellers must collect sales tax by law.

If your billing and shipping address are in a tax free state, then not charging sales tax should be automatic. You may want to do a chat with the online Apple store- we are just other users here and do not work for Apple.
