There are no for fee Apple services currently available in Sudan, so Apple has no form of acceptable payment as there is nowhere to use it with Apple services if you live in Sudan. By services I mean there is no App Store, iTunes Store, no Book Store, etc so nowhere to buy anything from Apple online.
