end demo notice how do I fix it

Why after 5min on phone wil it disconnect saying demo mode and how do I fix the **** thing

A demo mode is usually on a phone that is used in an Apple store for showing what a phone can do and that phone should not be sold. Where did you get this phone? I would suggest that you return it for a refund.
