Do you mean someone applied for an Apple Card using your name and social security number? If so, you’re a victim of identity theft and there is nothing Apple can do about that. It is a criminal matter.

Report the issue to the police as well as Goldman Sachs Bank, the issuer of the Apple Card. You should also contact your own bank and inform them your identity has been compromised.

I would also immediately freeze your credit records with all four bureaus and file a fraud report with each as well. Also pull your credit report after freezing your records and check them carefully. Start a fraud report and investigation with each bureau you find irregularities in your reports. There is no central place for that - you must deal with each credit bureau and each credit report separately.

Apple does NOT require a social security number to create an account. How to do you know an account was opened in your name? How do you know it was and Apple ID account?
