I bought an apple gift card and want to cancel it

If you purchased the Apple Gift Card on Apple.com, and the balance has not been spent, contact Apple Support with your order number. It should start with a #W.

If you added funds to your Apple ID balance, and the balance has not been spent, contact Apple Support to submit a refund request for you.
