Unauthorized charges

Over 600 dollars in charges to my son Roblox account in one week. These were unauthorized changes made. Please advise

So sorry, I understand how frustrating this can be.


Apple does recommend that everyone including children have they're own Apple ID.


I would suggest setting up family sharing, and creating a child account and setting up ask to buy


This would prevent the child from making any downloads or purchases without your permission.

Create Apple ID for Child : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201084

Ask to buy: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201089


For getting the money back for the charges, you are able to submit the request on reportaproblem.apple.com


Refund Request : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084


Please note per iTunes Store Terms and conditions all sales are final. No one is guaranteed a refund.


**It may take up to 48 hours before Apple makes a decision on your eligibility for the refund, if you are eligible it may take 30 takes to get the money back. You can check the status of the request on reportaproblem.apple.com and also make future refund request on there as well***
