Receiving Podcast Ads in Spanish

All of the ads I receive on Apple Podcasts are in Spanish. I only listen to podcasts from the UK and have never had this issue before. I am not using a VPN and have not adjusted my settings. Is there anything I can do to stop receiving ads in Spanish?

Why are search results so obsessively based on your location? I am located in Italy but I where I live we speak German and just little Italian. I generally prefer the English language. The problem in the podcast search is that whenever I search for something, ALL results will be in Italian, even if the term inserted was in English. All my devices are set to English and I never ever use Italian. To find appropriate podcasts, why do I have to look them up on Google and why is this not possible in the Podcast application? Can this somehow be changed?

Utube ads in Japanese even though they should be in English I have had this problem before: my ipad apps are not recognizing that I am in the US and need English as my language. An Apple representative helped me today with this, and I have noticed that several persons have had trouble with the same issue. Could you post the solution: I had used TOR Onion browser to download a book and their vpn was activated. This VPN on the onion browser evidently directed me through Japan as one of the pathways so I ended up with all apps not recognizing that I am from the US and need English as the language. Once I removed all VPNs and reinstalled the one that I normally trust and use and have for many years, everything went back to normal. When using an Onion Browser, persons need to be aware that a VPN is often installed as part of that package. Thanks.
