the money is there and my information is updated and everything is right but it keeps declining my card

So sorry, I understand this can be frustrating.


If your payment method is being declined : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005


After reviewing that resource and it still does not work.


Have you recently disputed any charges with your bank that were from Apple?


If you have, your payment method will no longer work for the iTunes and App Store. You will need to add a new form of payment.



Contact your bank to find out if any block has been put on the card.


Apple does not control your payment method. If the bank isn't allowing it, then the bank would be the one to fix it.


Is your payment method expired?


Please check the expiration date on the card.


If none of those options work for you, please add a new form of payment : https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT201266
