Garageband unavailable error, audio system "interrupted by another app"

When I open garageband, i get this error, even if I have no other apps open. I have the latest version of iOS and Garageband installed. How do I fix this?

Plug-in wont allow me to open GarageBand Whenever I try to open the application this error comes up and I can´t do anything. I´ve tried restarting and deleting and redownloading the app and nothing seems to work. Anyone that can help?
