Clear Space:

See the bottom of your screenshot, as it reads "This update cannot be installed because it requires at least 6.32 GB of available storage during installation." So, remove items -such as iTunes Movies and TV Shows --things that take up lots of space.

As indicated in your screenshot: you do not have sufficient storage space on the device. From the screen shown, click the Learn More link for steps to create more space.
