Holiday Return Policy Question

I purchased my iPhone 13 Pro around 17 days ago and I noticed an issue with the manufacturing and as well as I wanted to change the color, so my question is per the Holiday Return policy would I be able to return my phone and purchase a different one that is also a different color? I purchased it on the online apple store and picked it up that same day for clarification.

Report this Defect:

Do your Part: Report this manufacturing defect to apple. Provide them with feedback on this. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Comment: on when the issue began, and how you have troubleshot it thus far.
  3. Select: "Other" for the "Feedback Type"
  4. Proceed from there aw necessary
