“Apple pay services were currently unavailable...” is what shows up when I try to accept money through apple cash. Even though it says my apple cash is enabled. How can I fix this to accept the money?

For this issue we would want to follow "if you can't send or receive money in messages" https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207933
I would start by checking to make sure that you have cellular data turned on for the wallet in your settings.
Settings > cellular > wallet (toggle on)
Check your device language and region
Settings > general > language and region (set it to United States)
Check your device ios version. Please update iPhone to latest version of iOS.
Also check and make sure that your Apple Cash card is not locked or Restricted https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207932
Wallet > Apple Cash card > if you see any error here about being restricted or locked.....Call Apple Support
Try toggling Apple Cash off in settings
Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay > toggle Apple Cash off and back on.
If Apple Cash will not turn back on resulting in Error "unable to setup Apple Cash..Apple Cash services are currently unavailable....then follow below troubleshooting.
If all options above did not resolve your issue, you can reset all settings of your device
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings (do not select the option to erase all content and settings)
Resetting all settings will remove any payment methods you have in the wallet and reset all settings of the device. You will need to setup another passcode on your phone or setup Face ID again as well.
IF that doesn't resolve your issue, you may need to contact Apple Support for further investigation.
