iPhone storage 127 GB 90% apps ( yet unable to upload anything

The highest GB on my phone Is about 3.0.

I don’t listen to apps with podcasts or videos or games. I listen to YouTube on safari. There’s no reason why I should have 127 GB of storage using apps bc I am not able to upload regions or zelle nor can I take a picture bc everything is full. There’s absolutely nothing more I can delete. The numbers aren’t adding up. I’ve had this phone for almost a year however I have no idea how to delete old apps that I’ve used here and there ( collage app, Usaa, target, etc). As of right now, I am not able to upload to my screen anymore due to this issue. This is extremely annoying, unheard of and the most Inconvenient issue I’ve had with iPhone. Please help.

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:

Internal storage cannot be upgraded. It is what it is. So, the maximum internal storage capacity never increases, even if you upgraded your iCloud plan. Learn More here: What's the Difference Between Device Storage and iCloud Storage? Apple Support

So, what to do:

Connect to your Computer, and perform the following:

Clear Space:

Try clearing internal storage though use of the following:

What Space to Clear:

A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

B. Clean TV and Music Libraries:

Remove all unneeded files from your TV and Music Libraries. Full-Movies take up 2-4GB typically, and a bunch of those would take up a load of storage, ideally. So, if you have any movies that are not needed, then delete them.

C. Clear "Other":

Clear the storage named "Other". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use. So, clearing other may be the way to go about this, as it would be performed through use of a computer.

I have powered off several times and reset it ( not hard reset) many times with no changes. It seems to randomly cut me off and bring me to Home Screen several times a day. Something isn’t right! Is there no way to delete previous apps that have been “ purchased “ but hidden in the past over years? Other than that… my 7 month old phone can’t be having trouble this serious this early. I’d like some resolution soon. Att advise I contact Apple. They have not heard of this happening, which I highly doubt is true.
