To review my Apple ID information, after filling the entire form to update information for billing details, it still shows that I have not completed the form. I have tried refilling the whole form multiple times but it still shows me the same message

Anyone who knows how I could proceed further and complete setting up my apple ID, kindly please help

Hi,

Sorry you are having issues with your new Apple ID.

First, log into the Apple ID website https://appleid.apple.com/ and then go to Payment Methods.

Confirm you have a billing and shipping address listed, regardless if you are putting a payment method on file.

Confirm you include your phone number in the billing address as well; this is very important when creating your Apple ID.

Afterwards, on your device Settings > Name > Media & Purchases > confirm it does not say ‘OFF’. If it does, tap ‘Off’ and then ‘Continue’ on the pop-up.

Now, go to the App Store, click on your Profile/Avatar in the upper right hand corner > if you are signed in, tap sign out at the bottom.

Search for a free app > tap ‘Get’ > it will then prompt you to sign in with your Apple ID > select use existing Apple ID

You should then receive a pop-up stating the Apple ID has not yet been used/reviewed in the iTS > Tap Review > Confirm your correct country/region > swipe green/enable the T&C > press Next > enter or confirm your billing address once more on this page, and include your phone number > press next > you should receive another pop-up that says ‘Apple ID creation is complete.’

This should resolve your issue.

Note: expiration dates of cards need to include the full four digit year when adding a card to your Apple ID.

Incorrect format: 09/24

Correct format: 09/2024

Hope this helps!
