If you were using iCloud photos on your device and you deleted them : https://support.apple.com/guide/icloud/delete-and-recover-photos-and-videos-mm08b49040b5/icloud
That is a user guide on how to recover those deleted photos.
If the photos were not syncing to your iCloud, and were just stored on your device and you deleted them. They may be stored in an iCloud backup.

You will need to restore your device from that iCloud backup to try to recovery those photos.

If they are not in a backup, then the photos are not recoverable. Those are you only two options to get those back.
