my ipad froze, try to restore and keep getting error 4013

Unfortunately, if the Genius at Apple could not reset the device, then were you offered an out of warranty replacement? If you have an iPad 2 with iOS 9 on it as your profile states, then it is time for a replacement. That device is no longer supported and apps are generally not supported on that device either.
The genius guy didn’t do anything I hadn’t tried myself , just connected it to iTunes and pressing both buttons. I traveled a long distance to get there aswell, so it was disappointing. The iPad is only 3 years old and all updates were loaded on it🤷♂️

You need to contact Apple Support.
This doesn’t work either, still on loop with apple logo🤷♂️
I have done that, been to apple shop , the guy in there was useless
