Significant Locations
I recently updated to IOS 15, is there a way to see a summary of all significant locations visited with dates and times?
This was never a problem until I did the update.

From your post it appears you are not able to see significant locations on your iPhone.
On the iPhone, tap on Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services. Scroll down to Significant Locations. You should be able to see significant locations by tapping here.
