Show hotspot connected devices by IP address

I assume that this is still not possible with an iOS device.

It sure seems like this would be a feature Apple would include.

Please note that if you think the network scanners you see in the App Store will show this info, think again. I have 5 and none of them will show the hotspot connections.

My hope is that you will have a correction for me and have found a solution to this aggravating short-coming of iOS.
