Junk Mail Smart Mailbox

I just upgraded from Mojave to Monterey. In Mojave, if I remember correctly, I had a Junk mailbox in the Favorites Sidebar that collected all the junk mail from all the accounts in one folder.

In Monterey, there isn't a Junk Mailbox in favorites and I have to go to the individual accounts to look at Junk.

So I created a Smart Mailbox for Junk with the criteria: Message is in mailbox/Junk

The Smart Mailbox only collects junk from my iCloud account. Is there any way to get a Junk box that will collect Junk from all accounts.
