I have an iphone 11pro and when I open a new note, i don't have the options, like others do, to scan or do anything else. I have restarted my phone, installed the update, and tried to contact support on here but had no luck. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

Is your note an iCloud note? Lots of notes features rely on using iCloud notes. If the note is say.. a gmail note, then you do not get the same features.
I think I had to update my phone. Since been updated it’s now back on there.
Are you sure you’re doing it right? Click on the camera icon and it should show up. Look at my screenshot

yeah I’m sure I am, I literally do not have the top bar with all the options on like your screenshot does :(
