iPhone internal clock synchronization with world time

It is known that the internal clock in the iPhone is not perfect and it may be a bit rushed or late.

The effect of the time difference between the internal clock and world time (via Network Time Protocol servers) can be followed, for example, with the "Time" application (Emerald Sequoia LLC). It is obvious that the internal clock synchronizes with world time from time to time so that the difference does not accumulate over time.

Question:

Can an iPhone user force the internal clock synchronization process to world time?

If so, how?

iPhone SE, iOS 14
