Change your password for what exactly?

For your iPhone? Go to Touch ID / Face ID & Passcode and change it there.

If you are referring to your Wi-Fi network's password as suggested by the support document you posted from, then that will depend on your Wi-Fi router.

Do note, just changing the Wi-fi password will not make it more secure if you are getting the "Weak security" message when connecting to it.

Well, first go to your settings application. There, scroll till you see Face ID & Passcode. If you don't have a phone that's Iphone X or above, it should just say password. Click on this tab, and you will be asked your password to confirm your identity. Enter your password, and it should take you to a page with multiple options. Click on change password. Here, enter your old password to confirm, and then switch it to a new one. If you would like to make the password 4 digits or alphanumeric, you can change that by clicking on the more options below the new password change.
