Xactimate app won’t open ?

Xactimate app won’t open, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to completely delete it and reload.

you can remove the app, but it is there always.

Cannot remove app from home screen. I cannot remove the “offers up” app from my home screen. Its slightly grayed out and i cannot do anything. I can stack an app on top it but can not move it or remove it. i tried to reinstall and then delete again but nothing. Its stuck in the same spot. Any suggestions?

App Library When I try to delete from the App Library the icons jiggle but there is no x on the icon to delete the app

Start here: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

Then do this: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then reinstall the app.

If you still have issues, you'll need to contact the developer.
