Airpods Engraving

I bought multiple airpods online as a gift for holidays. I have chosen the free engraving and put their names on the airpods however when it arrived there is no indication which name is engraved on the airpods. Any idea about this?

You should use the order number to associate each order with the correct set of AirPods.
