I have a SE IPhone. By mistake, i deleted my clock and calendar apps. Is there a way to retrieve these apps?

If you are using iOS version 14.x or iOS version 15.x, then those apps probably still exist in the App Library. The App Library is the last Home Screen on your iPhone when you continue to SWIPE LEFT until you reach it. Once you are in the App Library, then you can search and find those two apps. Once found, then you can DRAG the apps out of there and place them on your favorite spots of the Home Screen.

The clock app cannot be deleted from the phone, but it can be removed from the Home Screen. As Axel Foley stated, those two apps are likely still there and available in the App Library.
