apple 3 watch has no imei number on watch what can i do

bought apple watch ser 3 called to add to phone plan but unable due to watch NOT having IMEI number any help be great

On your Apple Watch, open the Settings app.
Tap General > About, then scroll down.
Look for Serial Number or IMEI.

If you do not see IMEI you do not have a cellular version

When and from whom did you buy your Apple Watch 3? If recently and from Apple, Apple Watch 3 is being sold in GPS only versions. There is no GPS+ Cellular option available for the Series 3 watch from Apple any longer.
