Its a subscription to Microsoft's Office 365 application suite.

You are paying to be able to use Word, Excel, Powerpoint from Microsoft.

I may have ordered this on purpose & only want to know what it is I’m now paying for!

What does it do & what device(s) is/are using this presently - as in do I need this?
