Is it possible to set up multiple profiles on Apple TV+ without using an Apple device?

I have a non-Apple smart TV, with a built-in Roku, using the Apple TV app. I have subscribed to Apple TV+, and I want to set up multiple accounts. I have an Apple ID, but I do not own any Apple devices. It seems the only way to set up multiple profiles is by using the Home app, which requires an Apple computer, tablet, or phone. Does anybody know of any other way to set up multiple profiles on my Apple TV+ account, without using the Home app or an Apple device?

Apple doesn’t work with user profiles within one account. Instead, each user is asked to create their own Apple ID account. You probably don’t need additional accounts for use with one device.

If you want these users to share a shareable subscription through Apple, then Family Sharing needs to be set up, and that does require that the Organizer of the Family Sharing group has a Mac, iPhone, or iPad.

The Home app isn’t needed for any of this. That is for home automation.
