country of manufacture?

The country of manufacture is likely the UAE. United Arab Emirates.

Apple does not disclose the country codes directly. There are however third party sites that have gathered this information from other sources but is very often incomplete.

For models that are not in the list Google and an educated guess is all that can be offered based on the websites that sell that model and their target markets.

As such from a google search it appears that the MLPK3AA/A model is sold by sellers in Dubai and other UAE cities so one can assume it's for the UAE market.
