Does Apple Watch fall detection work well when the watch is worn on a lanyard around the neck and not on the wrist. My father has one-sided paralysis- this making wearing a watch difficult. Thank you.
No. for Fall detection to be activated, the watch needs to detect the wrist. If its hanging around your neck it will assume its not being worn, so no fall detection.
