I received my wife's old phone and its communicates with her new phone
everything i do it duplicates it to her phone i changed my password today and it changed on her phone also
So if i delete the account on my phone it will delete her account also
How is this done the correct way
the only apple account i have is on this forum?

Apple IDs were not meant to be shared.. you should create your own Apple ID and sign into the iPhone with it

Specifically for Photos, you could likely get by if you were to go to Settings > [your wife's name] > iCloud > Photos and turn off all those switches.

When you say you changed your password, what password are you talking about?
What exactly duplicates?
Does your wife have her own Apple ID, or is she using yours?
You each need to have your own Apple IDs.
will that affect all the cloud stuff will try to set a new id
will new id know what phone its for

Apple had an update today on my phone won't let me access it without changing my password
so it changed also on my wife's ohone
I don't have an apple ID my wife does seem like my phone is stuck to her phone
all photos i take show up downloaded APPS show there also
You said that you signed into this forum in your original post right?
Those were credentials were your own and not those of your wife's?
If so.. Have you tried signing into the iPhone using the same credentials you use sign in here?
