Only have your phone serviced by Apple at an Apple Store and you'll get OEM parts. The seal is part of the screen replacement. If there is any other damage caused by the fall, Apple will evaluate the phone and tell your options. There is no way any of us can possibly give you an itemized list of repair costs, if there is any other damage.

Iphone 11 I also want to know the cost for the internal water resistant seal and a screen protector. My phone was broken when I went into the hospital and one of the nurses dropped it!! What I need is an itemized list with prices and on the company letterhead so I can submit it into risk management for reimbursement of the repairs!!
Also I only want OEM parts used!!
