Your iPhone can’t be hacked remotely, only if someone had it in their physical possession while it was unlocked. If this might have happened restore the phone to factory settings as described here→Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support and do not restore a backup.
If you suspect your Apple ID has been hacked see→If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support
